The invention discloses an anti-collision beam assembly for a vehicle and the vehicle with the anti-collision beam assembly. The anti-collision beam assembly comprises an anti-collision beam, at least two energy absorption boxes, an inner side support and an outer side support, the energy absorption boxes are oppositely separated and located on the same side of the anti-collision beam, and the front end faces of the energy absorption boxes are separated from the inner side face of the anti-collision beam; the inner side support is connected with the inner side face of the anti-collision beam and the inner side face of the energy absorption box, and an inner side induction structure is arranged on the inner side support and used for inducing deformation of the anti-collision beam. The outer side support is at least partially located on the outer side of the outer side face of the energy absorption box and connected with the anti-collision beam and the energy absorption box, and an outer side induction structure is arranged on the outer side support and used for inducing deformation of the anti-collision beam. According to the anti-collision beam assembly, the inner side support with the inner side induction structure and the outer side support with the outer side induction structure are arranged, so that the anti-collision beam can be induced to deform when a vehicle is in head-on collision, and collision energy can be better absorbed.
