    本发明公开了一种防撞吸能梁、防撞梁组件及车辆,其中防撞吸能梁包括:吸能主体和第一加强筋,且第一加强筋两侧形成第一吸能腔和第二吸能腔,第一吸能腔内填充有聚氨酯泡沫,吸能主体上设有用于注入聚氨酯泡沫的注射孔;本发明通过将防撞吸能梁被分隔成为两个吸能腔,提高防撞吸能梁在变形吸能时的结构强度,并在其中一个吸能腔内注入聚氨酯泡沫,未填充聚氨酯泡沫的吸能腔保持中空结构,使防撞吸能梁在碰撞过程中,既提高了结构强度,又具有形变吸能能力,同时兼具轻量化的要求,通过聚氨酯泡沫的静置成型完成填充,不需要借助预先的模具制备,缩短生产制造效率,使防撞吸能梁整体在防撞时的结构强度与吸能效果上均有提高。
