The invention relates to an electric vehicle ordered charging and discharging multi-objective optimization scheduling method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining the charging characteristics of an electric vehicle; based on the charging characteristics of the electric vehicle, considering a time-of-use electricity price model and residual charging and discharging energy of the electric vehicle, and establishing a multi-target optimization model for orderly charging and discharging of the electric vehicle in a V2G scene by taking minimum power grid load standard deviation and minimum user total charging cost as targets; and solving the multi-objective optimization model by adopting a particle swarm algorithm based on a nonlinear dynamic adaptive inertia weight factor, and carrying out ordered charging and discharging scheduling on the electric vehicle based on an obtained solving result. According to the method, the effect of reducing the load fluctuation of the power distribution network can be achieved, and the effect of peak load shifting is achieved to a certain extent.
