The invention provides a vehicle network interaction type ordered charging scheduling method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring photovoltaic, energy storage and charging pile configuration parameters, electric vehicle charging requirements, system topology, operation data of each device and meteorological data; regression analysis is carried out on charging behaviors and energy storage operation modes of various charging pile electric vehicles, and controllable load and energy storage response capability of each response time period are evaluated; generating power and load power are predicted, and the overall response capability is evaluated; according to the issued instruction, determining a response time period, a response task type and a planned operation load; based on the response demand, the operation mode of each device, the response subsidy profit sharing scheme and the demand constraint, an optimization scheduling model is established; solving an optimal planning problem, outputting a day-ahead response scheme, and declaring and confirming a clearing response demand; and correcting the scheduling strategy in real time. According to the invention, an effective resource control scheme is provided for the vehicle network interaction system, the electric vehicle and the power grid are decoupled, and the utilization rate and the economical efficiency of resources are improved.

    本发明提供了一种车网互动型有序充电调度方法,包括步骤:获取光伏、储能、充电桩配置参数、电动汽车充电需求,系统拓扑,各设备运行数据,气象数据;回归分析各类充电桩电动汽车充电行为、储能运行模式,评估各响应时段可控负荷、储能响应能力;预测发电功率及负荷功率,评估整体响应能力;根据下发指令,确定响应时段、响应任务类型、计划运行负荷;基于响应需求、各设备运行模式、响应补贴收益分成方案、需量约束,建立优化调度模型;求解最优规划问题,输出日前响应方案,申报并确认出清响应需求;实时修正调度策略。本发明为车网互动系统提供了有效的资源控制方案,将电动汽车与电网解耦,提升了资源的利用率和经济性。
