The invention discloses an electric vehicle fast and slow synchronous ordered charging scheduling method and a settlement method. The scheduling method comprises the steps of obtaining charging data in a station of a previous day and predicted charging data of a scheduling day; calculating the total electric quantity required by the scheduling day by using a pre-constructed day-ahead scheduling optimization model; acquiring in-station charging demand data of the scheduling day in real time, and based on the real-time data and a day-ahead scheduling calculation result, performing real-time scheduling calculation according to a set real-time planning period by utilizing a pre-constructed real-time scheduling optimization model to obtain real-time required total electric quantity; and on thebasis of a calculation result of the real-time scheduling model, carrying out electric quantity distribution planning of one scheduling period, distributing the electric quantity according to a presetscheduling priority, and determining the electric quantity transferred from the power grid, the energy storage system and/or the slow-charging electric vehicle to the fast-charging electric vehicle.According to the invention, large-scale orderly shared charging of the electric vehicles can be realized, the charging efficiency and the energy utilization rate are improved, and the settlement method can stimulate power suppliers to reasonably arrange electricity purchase quantity.

    本发明公开一种电动汽车快慢同步有序充电调度方法以及结算方法,调度方法包括:获取前一日站内充电数据,以及调度日的预测充电数据;利用预先构建的日前调度优化模型计算调度日所需总电量;实时获取调度日当天站内充电需求数据,基于实时数据以及日前调度计算结果,利用预先构建的实时调度优化模型,以设定的实时规划周期进行实时调度计算,得到实时所需总电量;基于实时调度模型的计算结果,进行一个调度周期的电量分配规划,按照预设的调度优先级对电量进行分配,确定电网、储能系统和/或慢充电动汽车向快充电动汽车转移的电量。本发明能够实现电动汽车的规模化有序共享充电,提高充电效率和能源利用率,结算方法能够激励供电商合理安排购电量。
