The invention discloses an optimized scheduling method and system for orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles in a resident community, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the charging and discharging time and charging state data of an electric vehicle cluster, and constructing a charging and discharging process model of the electric vehicle cluster; establishing a resident community electric vehicle cluster charging and discharging mechanism model according to the electric vehicle cluster charging and discharging process model; and according to the resident community electric vehicle cluster charging and discharging mechanism model and the electric vehicle ordered charging and discharging model, an optimization model is constructed through a raccoon optimization algorithm, and the electric vehicle charging and discharging power is optimized. According to the method, a resident community electric vehicle cluster charging and discharging mechanism model is established, a user receives the real condition and expectation of scheduling, and the charging cost of an electric vehicle owner is reduced or the discharging profit is improved; a more comprehensive electric vehicle ordered charging and discharging model is established, the charging and discharging power of a resident community is optimized by applying a raccoon optimization algorithm, the adaptability is higher, the optimization result is greatly improved compared with the prior art, and the efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了居民社区电动汽车有序充放电优化调度方法及系统,方法包括:获取电动汽车集群充放电时间及充电状态数据,构建电动汽车集群充放电过程模型;依据电动汽车集群充放电过程模型建立居民社区电动汽车集群充放电机制模型;依据居民社区电动汽车集群充放电机制模型和电动汽车有序充放电模型,通过浣熊优化算法构建寻优模型,对电动汽车充放电功率进行寻优。本发明建立了居民社区电动汽车集群充放电机制模型,用户接受调度的真实情况和期望,降低电动汽车车主的充电成本或提高放电利润;建立了更全面的电动汽车有序充放电模型并应用浣熊优化算法优化居民社区充放电功率,其适配性更强,优化结果相比之前大幅提成,效率高。
