The invention relates to a vehicle collision detection method and device and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of collision detection.The method comprises the steps that state parameters collected by an inertial sensor are obtained; under the condition that the variable quantity of the state parameters is larger than or equal to a preset change threshold value, a first in-vehicle image is obtained; and detecting whether the position information of the target object in the first in-vehicle image changes or not to determine whether the vehicle collides or not. According to the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of vehicle collision detection is improved.
