A mooring type deep sea observation system based on a lift type water turbine comprises a suspension type ocean current energy power generation device, a deep sea base station and an underwater autonomous vehicle. The suspended ocean current energy power generation device is connected with the deep sea base station, and the deep sea base station is used for providing functions of an underwater autonomous vehicle; according to the mooring type deep sea observation system based on the lift type water turbine, deep sea current energy is used for supplying power to ocean observation equipment, the cost and period of ocean observation can be greatly reduced, and the mooring type deep sea observation system based on the lift type water turbine is provided and is composed of an underwater autonomous vehicle, a deep sea base station and a suspension type ocean current energy power generation system. The suspension type ocean current energy power generation system is connected to the deep sea base station through an underwater cable and suspends in water. According to the suspension type ocean current energy power generation system, deep sea ocean current energy is used for providing energy for the autonomous underwater vehicle and a sensor carried by the autonomous underwater vehicle, and a scientific investigation ship does not need to stop for a long time to supplement energy. Energy is provided for the autonomous underwater vehicle in a wireless charging mode.

    基于升力型水轮机的系泊式深海观测系统,包括悬浮式海流能发电装置、深海基站和水下自主航行器;悬浮式海流能发电装置连接深海基站,深海基站用于给水下自主航行器功能;本发明利用深海海流能给海洋观测设备供电,可以大幅度降低海洋观测的成本与周期,提出了一种基于升力型水轮机的系泊式深海观测系统,这种深海观测系统由水下自主航行器,深海基站和悬浮式海流能发电系统组成。悬浮式海流能发电系统通过水下电缆连接到深海基站上,并悬浮在水中。悬浮式海流能发电系统利用深海海流能的给水下自主航行器和自身携带的传感器提供能量,不需要科考船长时间停靠来补充能源。通过无线充电的方式,为水下自主航行器提供能量。
