A mooring type deep sea observation system based on suspension type ocean current energy power generation comprises a suspension type ocean current energy power generation device, a deep sea base station and an underwater autonomous vehicle. The suspended ocean current energy power generation device is connected with the deep sea base station, and the deep sea base station is used for supplying energy to the autonomous underwater vehicle; the invention designs an off-grid deep sea observation system. An observation cluster is composed of an underwater autonomous vehicle, a deep sea base station and a suspension system. The suspension system utilizes a high-compactness helical blade water turbine to convert ocean current energy of deep sea, can convert electric energy into chemical energy of the suspension system and store the chemical energy in a battery of the suspension system to supply power to various observation devices carried by a deep sea base station, and can also supply power to an autonomous underwater vehicle through a wireless power supply device. According to the invention, ocean energy can be continuously observed without receiving any ship-based energy supply and shore-based energy supply.
