The invention relates to the technical field of ocean renewable energy source development and utilization, in particular to a suspension type ocean energy power generation device which comprises a bottom plate, an air bag, a power generation mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a collecting mechanism and a moving mechanism. The power generation mechanism is arranged above the bottom plate and is connected with the top surface of the bottom plate; the cleaning mechanism is arranged above the bottom plate and connected with the power generation mechanism and the collecting mechanism. The tide pushes the power generation mechanism to start and generate power, the sea surface waves push the collection mechanism to start, and the collection mechanism collects sea surface garbage into the collection mechanism. The collecting mechanism drives the cleaning mechanism to start, and the cleaning mechanism cleans substances attached to the surface of the power generation mechanism. By means of the working process, the technical effects that when ocean tide is used for generating power, floating garbage on the ocean is cleaned and collected through flowing of waves, and the power generation device body is automatically cleaned are achieved.

    本发明涉及海洋可再生能源开发与利用技术领域,尤其是涉及悬浮式海洋能发电装置,包括底板、气囊、发电机构、清理机构、收集机构、移动机构。所述发电机构设置于所述底板上方,并与所述底板顶面连接;所述清理机构设置于所述底板上方,分别与所述发电机构、所述收集机构连接。潮流推动发电机构启动并进行发电,海面波浪推动收集机构启动,收集机构将海面垃圾收集至收集机构内。收集机构驱动清理机构启动,清理机构对发电机构表面附着的物质进行清理。通过上述工作过程,实现了利用海洋潮流发电的同时,利用波浪的流动对海洋上漂流的垃圾进行清理收集,并对发电装置本体进行自动清理的技术效果。
