The invention discloses a high-redundancy brake-by-wire system and method for a rear-drive passenger car chassis, and relates to the field of intelligent driving automobiles. According to the high-redundancy brake-by-wire system, whether a chassis main controller, a chassis auxiliary controller and/or a chassis domain controller break down or not is detected through a fault detection unit; determining a main controller and a standby controller when no fault occurs or any one of the main controller and the standby controller fails; if the braking strength detected by the braking strength detection unit is smaller than a first strength threshold value, the main controller controls the motor controller to brake the motor; if the braking strength is larger than the first strength threshold value and smaller than the second strength threshold value, the main controller controls the motor controller to brake the motor and controls the braking unit to brake; if the braking strength is greater than the second strength threshold value, the main controller controls the braking unit to brake; when any two faults occur, the other one controls the brake unit to brake; the redundancy, the response speed and the control precision of the brake system are improved.

    本发明公开一种面向后驱客车底盘的高冗余线控制动系统及方法,涉及智能驾驶汽车领域,所述高冗余线控制动系统通过故障检测单元检测底盘主控制器、底盘副控制器和/或底盘域控制器是否发生故障,均未发生故障或任一者发生故障时,确定主控制器和备用控制器;若制动强度检测单元检测的制动强度小于第一强度阈值,主控制器控制电机控制器使电机进行制动;若制动强度大于第一强度阈值且小于第二强度阈值,主控制器控制电机控制器使电机进行制动,且控制线控制动单元进行制动;若制动强度大于第二强度阈值,主控制器控制线控制动单元进行制动;任两者发生故障,剩余一者控制线控制动单元进行制动;本发明提高了制动系统的冗余度、响应速度和控制精度。
