The invention relates to the technical field of braking systems, in particular to a high-redundancy drive-by-wire chassis braking system architecture and method.The high-redundancy drive-by-wire chassis braking system architecture comprises double power sources, double drive-by-wire braking system mutual redundancy, a drive-by-wire chassis main controller and four wheels with hydraulic pressure acting, and a braking pipeline of the braking system architecture is arranged in one of an X-shaped mode and an H-shaped mode; the braking pipeline and the electronic parking braking system are mutually redundant; the double power supplies comprise a first power supply and a second power supply, the first power supply is used for providing power for each part controller, the second power supply is used for providing standby power for each part controller, the double-set brake-by-wire system comprises a first EHB and a second EHB, the first EHB and the second EHB are used for traveling brake and active brake, and the electronic parking brake system is an EPB; according to the invention, the scheme of double sets of brake-by-wire systems is adopted, the problem of large oil output quantity of the commercial vehicle is solved, the response speed is greatly improved due to the fact that the EHB is electronic assistance, and 10mpa brake pressure can be established in 150ms.

    本发明涉及制动系统技术领域,具体为一种高冗余线控底盘制动系统架构及方法,本发明包括双电源、双套线控制动系统相互冗余、线控底盘主控制器和液压力作用的四个车轮,制动系统架构的制动管路采用X型布置或H型布置其中的一种,且制动管路与电子驻车制动系统互为冗余;双电源为第一电源和第二电源,第一电源用于给各个零部件控制器提供电源,第二电源用于给各个零部件控制器提供备用电源,双套线控制动系统为第一EHB和第二EHB,且第一EHB和第二EHB用于行车制动和主动制动,电子驻车制动系统为EPB;本发明采用双套线控制动系统方案,解决商用车出油量大的问题,由于EHB本身是电子助力使得响应速度大大提高,150ms可建立10mpa制动压力。
