The invention relates to an electric power hydraulic braking system, a vehicle and a control method of the electric power hydraulic braking system, and the electric power hydraulic braking system comprises a hydraulic energy storage loop which comprises a hydraulic pump, a first one-way valve, an energy accumulator and a flow control valve which are sequentially connected in series through a braking pipeline; a push rod of the brake master cylinder is connected with a brake pedal, and the brake master cylinder is connected with the flow control valve through a control oil way; the brake wheel cylinder is connected with the flow control valve, when the brake pedal triggers the brake main cylinder, the flow control valve is opened, and the flow control valve is communicated with the energy accumulator and the brake wheel cylinder. The pressure of the brake master cylinder is only used as a control signal to be sent to the flow control valve of the hydraulic energy storage loop, and the flow control valve controls the flow and the pressure of the hydraulic energy storage loop. If the hydraulic pump breaks down, the energy accumulator of the hydraulic energy storage loop can further provide brake assistance for the brake wheel cylinder, and the brake performance is guaranteed. The pressure of the brake master cylinder is only used as a control signal, a power-assisted mechanism is not needed, and the brake master cylinder occupies a small cab space.

    本申请涉及一种电动助力液压制动系统、车辆及其控制方法,包括:液压蓄能回路,其包括通过制动管路依次串联连接的液压泵、第一单向阀、蓄能器和流量控制阀;制动主缸,该制动主缸的推杆连接有制动踏板,制动主缸通过控制油路与流量控制阀连接;制动轮缸,该制动轮缸与流量控制阀连接,当制动踏板触动制动主缸时开启流量控制阀,流量控制阀连通蓄能器和制动轮缸。本申请的制动主缸的压力只作为控制信号给到液压蓄能回路的流量控制阀,流量控制阀对液压蓄能回路的流量和压力进行控制。若液压泵故障,液压蓄能回路的蓄能器还能向制动轮缸提供制动助力,保证制动性能。制动主缸的压力只作为控制信号,无需助力机构,制动主缸占用驾驶室空间小。
