The invention discloses a hydraulic braking system of an electric control vehicle in the technical field of hydraulic braking, and aims to solve the problems of small braking flow and slow response of a braking system in the prior art. The method includes the steps that a traditional brake system directly utilizing a pump body to charge energy for a brake is abandoned, a brake energy accumulator is arranged to charge oil for the brake, and the brake energy accumulator is large in instantaneous flow and high in pressure, can drive the brake to conduct effective braking in a short time and further has the advantage of being high in response speed; an energy storage control valve set is further arranged for the brake energy accumulator and used for supplementing hydraulic oil for the brake energy accumulator in time, and it is guaranteed that the brake energy accumulator is repeatedly used. Through introduction of the energy storage control valve group, the brake energy accumulator has an automatic liquid filling function and automatically keeps working pressure, the failure rate of the brake is reduced, the automatic liquid filling function is achieved through the energy storage control valve group, and the energy storage control valve group achieving the function based on the hydraulic control rule has higher reliability compared with a pure electric control component.

    本发明公开了一种液压制动技术领域的电控车辆的液压制动系统,旨在解决现有技术中制动系统制动流量小、响应慢的问题。其包括:摈弃了传统制动系统直接利用泵体为制动器充能,而是配置了制动蓄能器为制动器充油,制动蓄能器的瞬时流量大、压力高,可以驱动制动器在短时间内进行有效制动,还具备高响应速度的优点;本申请还为制动蓄能器配置了蓄能控制阀组,蓄能控制阀组用于及时地为制动蓄能器补充液压油,保证制动蓄能器重复利用;蓄能控制阀组的引入,使制动蓄能器具备自主充液功能,自行保持工作压力,降低了制动器的失效率,且依靠蓄能控制阀组实现自主充液功能,基于液压控制规律实现功能的蓄能控制阀组相较于纯电控部件具备更高的可靠性。
