If the vehicle has the collision risk and the intention of the driver is the acceleration intention, the output quantity of the actual driving torque is controlled to be lower than the output quantity of the rated driving torque; if the vehicle does not have the collision risk and the intention of the driver is the acceleration intention, the output quantity of the actual driving torque is controlled to be not higher than the output quantity of the rated driving torque; and if the vehicle does not have the collision risk and the intention of the driver is the braking intention, controlling to reduce the output of the pneumatic braking torque. According to the method, the actual driving torque and the pneumatic braking torque are correspondingly controlled by combining the intention of the driver and the information about whether the collision risk exists or not, so that the situation of excessive power is avoided, unnecessary driving or braking is reduced, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明属于新能源车辆的能量管理技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源车辆及其能量管理控制方法、系统,其中方法通过判断驾驶意图以及有无碰撞风险;若车辆存在碰撞风险且驾驶员意图为加速意图,则控制实际驱动扭矩的输出量低于额定驱动扭矩的输出量;若车辆不存在碰撞风险且驾驶员意图为加速意图,则控制实际驱动扭矩的输出量不高于额定驱动扭矩的输出量;若车辆不存在碰撞风险且驾驶员意图为制动意图,则控制减少气制动扭矩的输出。本发明的方法通过结合驾驶员意图以及有无碰撞风险的信息,来对实际驱动扭矩以及气制动扭矩进行相应的控制,以避免动力过剩的情况,进而减少不必要的驱动或者制动,来降低能耗。
