The heat pipe comprises an evaporation part and a condensation part which are connected, the evaporation part is arranged on one side of the shell, and the side, away from the condensation part, of the evaporation part is exposed out of the shell; the condensation part is partially immersed in the cooling liquid; the side, exposed out of the shell, of the evaporation part is used for making contact with a first heat source. The side, away from the evaporation part, of the shell is used for making contact with a second heat source. The condensation part arranged in the liquid cooling plate can be rapidly cooled under the action of cooling liquid, the circulation rate of a cooling working medium in the heat pipe is increased, and therefore the purpose of improving the heat dissipation efficiency is achieved, in addition, the evaporation part of the heat pipe and the side, away from the evaporation part, of the liquid cooling plate can be used for cooling different heat sources respectively, a sandwich-type heat dissipation structure is formed, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved. The heat dissipation space is saved, and the heat dissipation efficiency is further improved.
