The invention relates to a front overhang transverse stabilizer bar, a front overhang transverse stabilizer bar assembly and a manufacturing method. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that 850 MPa-grade hot-rolled high-strength steel is subjected to cold roll forming and welded to manufacture a welded pipe; carrying out compression treatment on the middle part of the welded pipe so as to form an arc surface on the welded pipe; carrying out heat treatment on the profiled welded pipe to obtain the front suspension transverse stabilizer bar; and the heat treatment comprises the step of keeping the temperature for 20-40 minutes at the temperature of 600-630 DEG C. Due to the fact that the welded pipe belongs to a hollow pipe, the weight of the welded pipe is far lower than that of a solid steel bar, a large-diameter welded pipe can be adopted to replace a small-diameter steel bar, and light weight of the front suspension transverse stabilizer bar assembly can be achieved. Compared with a seamless steel pipe, the welding pipe is adopted, so that the cost is lower. The depth of the cambered surface can be regulated and controlled in the profiling treatment according to the actual rigidity requirement, so that rigidity regulation can be realized, and the universality of the front suspension transverse stabilizer bar can be improved. And heat treatment is conducted on the welded pipe, internal stress of the welded pipe is eliminated, and the yield strength and the yield ratio of the welded pipe are improved.

    本申请涉及一种前悬横向稳定杆、前悬横向稳定杆总成及制造方法,其包括:对850MPa级热轧高强钢进行冷弯成型,并焊接以制取焊管;对焊管中部进行压型处理,以在焊管上形成弧面;对经过压型处理的焊管进行热处理,得到前悬横向稳定杆;热处理包括:在600℃~630℃温度下,保温20min~40min。由于焊管属于空心管,重量上远远低于实心钢棒,故可以采用大直径焊管代替小直径钢棒,有利于实现前悬横向稳定杆总成的轻量化。由于采用的是焊管,相对于无缝钢管,成本上要低。可以根据实际的刚度需要,在压型处理中,对弧面的深度进行调控,从而可以实现刚度调节,进而能够提高前悬横向稳定杆的通用性。对焊管进行热处理,消除焊管的内应力,提高焊管的屈服强度和屈强比。
