The invention discloses a method and device for controlling the switching frequency of an IGBT and a vehicle, and relates to the field of vehicle control, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first target switching frequency matched with a first target generated power from a pre-stored switching frequency data table based on the first target generated power of a whole vehicle; acquiring a temperature data set of the IGBT; whether the maximum value of the temperature data set of the IGBT exceeds a preset threshold value or not is judged, if yes, second target power generation power is adjusted, and a matched second target switching frequency is obtained; and updating the temperature data set of the IGBT until the maximum value of the temperature data set of the IGBT does not exceed the preset threshold value any more. Through switching frequency optimization and accurate temperature acquisition, the power generation power demand of the whole vehicle can be effectively matched, the thermal load and power loss of the GCU are reduced, and the power generation efficiency and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle are improved. And the pipe explosion failure risk of the GCU and the safety risk of the whole vehicle are avoided.

    本发明公开了控制IGBT开关频率的方法、装置及车辆,涉及车辆控制领域,方法,包括以下步骤:基于整车的第一目标发电功率,从预存储的开关频率数据表中获取与第一目标发电功率相匹配的第一目标开关频率;获取IGBT的温度数据集;判断IGBT的温度数据集的最大值是否超出预设阈值,若是,则调整至第二目标发电功率,获取相匹配的第二目标开关频率;更新IGBT的温度数据集,直至IGBT的温度数据集的最大值不再超出预设阈值。本发明通过开关频率优化及精确的温度采集,可以有效匹配整车的发电功率需求,降低GCU的热负荷和功率损耗,提升发电效率以及整车NVH性能。规避了GCU的炸管失效风险及整车安全风险。
