The present invention relates to a power semiconductor element control device of a propulsion inverter for a railway vehicle, which comprises: a speed determination unit for determining the speed of the railway vehicle; an initial switching frequency selection unit for selecting a specified minimum switching frequency when the railway vehicle is at zero speed; a variable switching frequency selection unit for selecting by increasing a switching frequency in response to an increase in the vehicle speed of the railway vehicle at the zero speed; and a driving unit for switching a power semiconductor element based on the switching frequency selected by the initial switching frequency selection unit and the variable switching frequency selection unit in response to a case in which the speed of the railway vehicle is 0 speed and a non-zero speed.
본 발명은 철도차량용 추진인버터의 전력반도체 소자 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 철도차량의 속도를 판단하는 속도 판단부; 상기 철도차량이 0 속도일 때 지정된 최소 스위칭주파수를 선정하는 초기 스위칭주파수 선정부; 상기 0 속도에 있던 철도차량의 차속이 증가함에 따라 이에 대응하여 스위칭주파수를 증가시켜 선정하는 가변 스위칭주파수 선정부; 및 상기 철도차량의 속도가 0 속도인 경우 및 0 속도가 아닌 경우에 대응하여 상기 초기 스위칭주파수 선정부 및 상기 가변 스위칭주파수 선정부에서 선정된 스위칭주파수를 기반으로 전력반도체 소자를 스위칭시키는 구동부;를 포함한다.
