The purposes of saving energy, reducing emission and reducing navigation cost are achieved.

    本发明实施例提供了一种基于船舶油耗的感潮河段进出港推荐方法和装置,只考虑潮流对船舶实际航速的影响,即通过预报的潮汐对潮流进行定量分析,直接结合潮汐及其所影响的水流速度等对船舶航行过程中的实际航速进行分析,通过现有且相对准确的航速与油耗的关系进行油耗的计算和累加,推算得到整个航线的油耗从而进行施工船舶进出港的时间窗口推荐,从中选取油耗量较小的时间窗口,以实现施工船舶在感潮河段的油耗优化,以达到节能减排、降低航行成本的目地。
