The invention relates to a method for determining a window period of a ship entering and leaving a port under real-time tidal effectiveness and a medium, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a tidal current vector of each tidal observation point under a time dimension through preprocessing based on tidal table data released by the tidal observation points of the port; tide estimation data under the time dimension and the space dimension are obtained through interpolation, and the tide estimation data comprise tide height, tide size and tide direction information at different time and different space positions; on the basis of the tide estimation data, port entering and leaving window period information of a ship is obtained; and obtaining a visual signal based on the port entering and leaving window period information. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of being high in tide data precision, comprehensive in data, high in navigation practice guidance, capable of effectively improving navigation efficiency and the like.

    本发明涉及一种实时潮汐效用下船舶进出港窗口期确定方法和介质,所述方法包括如下步骤:基于港口的潮汐观测点发布的潮汐表数据,通过预处理获取各个潮汐观测点在时间维度下的潮流矢量,通过插值获取时间维度和空间维度下的潮流预估数据,其中,所述潮流预估数据包括不同时间不同空间位置的潮高、潮流大小和潮流方向信息;基于所述潮流预估数据,获取船舶的进出港窗口期信息;基于所述进出港窗口期信息,获取可视化信号。与现有技术相比,本发明具有潮流数据精度高、数据全面、航海实践指导性强,能有效提高通航效率等优点。
