The present invention is provided with: an important factor estimation unit (212) for estimating an important factor for the pressure of a driver of a vehicle; and a recommended route determination unit (203) for determining a recommended route including a plurality of segments, which corresponds to the important factor for the pressure estimated by the important factor estimation unit (212) and is estimated to be effective for pressure mitigation. And a presentation control unit (204) that presents the recommended route determined by the recommended route determination unit (203) toward the driver. The pressure on the driver of the vehicle can be improved with better precision.

    通过具备估计本车的驾驶员的压力的重要因素的重要因素估计部(212)、决定与通过重要因素估计部(212)估计出的压力的重要因素对应的、被估计为对压力的缓和有效果的、包含多个路段的推荐路径的推荐路径决定部(203)、以及朝向驾驶员进行通过推荐路径决定部(203)决定的推荐路径的提示的提示控制部(204),能够精度更好地改善本车的驾驶员的压力。
