The invention discloses a battery lithium precipitation detection method, a battery management system and a power utilization device, and the method comprises the steps: extracting effective charging data according to the historical charging data of a vehicle, and setting a starting voltage Vstart and an ending voltage Vend; calculating dV/dQ = diffVtemp/dQTempOut and dQTempOut = dQTemp [K] in the charging process of each battery cell, dQTemp represents the instantaneous charging capacity, K represents the distance between the actual voltage VTemp and the initial voltage Vstart, and diffVtemp represents the voltage interval; calculating an outlier degree of a voltage VTemp corresponding to a peak value of dV/dQ when each battery cell is charged from Vstart to Vstart + delta V1, and calculating an outlier degree of a voltage VTemp corresponding to a peak value of dV/dQ when each battery cell is charged from Vend-delta V2 to Vend; and calculating the ratio of the occurrence frequency of which the outlier degree is greater than a preset threshold to the charging total number, and if the charging total number is greater than or equal to a preset frequency and the ratio is greater than or equal to a preset percentage, reporting a battery pack lithium precipitation early warning.
