The invention provides a battery lithium precipitation detection method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: constructing an internal resistance change curve of a target battery in a pre-established rectangular plane coordinate system based on the internal resistance of the target battery at each step point in a step charging mode, two coordinate axes of the rectangular plane coordinate system are the battery capacity and the battery internal resistance respectively, and an internal resistance change curve is put into one point through the capacity in the rectangular plane coordinate system; a lithium precipitation boundary curve is constructed in the rectangular plane coordinate system, and the lithium precipitation boundary curve is put into a point through capacity; and comparing the relative positions of the internal resistance change curve and the lithium precipitation boundary curve to obtain a lithium precipitation detection result of the target battery. According to the battery lithium precipitation detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the lithium precipitation detection result of the target battery can be obtained by comparing the relative positions of the internal resistance change curve and the lithium precipitation boundary curve, and the method has relatively high accuracy and reliability.

    本申请提出一种电池析锂的检测方法、设备和系统,其中,电池析锂的检测方法包括:基于目标电池在阶梯充电模式下各阶梯点处的内阻,在预先建立的平面直角坐标系中构建目标电池的内阻变化曲线,其中,平面直角坐标系的两个坐标轴分别为电池容量和电池内阻,内阻变化曲线通过平面直角坐标系中的容量归一点;在平面直角坐标系中构建析锂边界曲线,其中,析锂边界曲线通过容量归一点;比较内阻变化曲线和析锂边界曲线的相对位置,得到目标电池的析锂检测结果。根据本申请实施例的电池析锂的检测方法,能够通过比较内阻变化曲线和析锂边界曲线的相对位置得到目标电池的析锂检测结果,具有较高的准确性和可靠性。
