The invention discloses a power-on method of a battery system, the battery system and a power utilization device, which can improve the power conversion performance of the battery system. The battery system comprises a plurality of battery replacing units which are connected in parallel, each battery replacing unit comprises a battery and a first battery management unit, the battery system further comprises a second battery management unit connected with the first battery management unit in the battery replacing units, and the power-on method is executed by the second battery management unit. The power-on method comprises the steps that a first power-on signal sent by a vehicle control unit is received; and in response to the first power-on signal, a second power-on signal is sent to the first battery management unit, and the second power-on signal is used for indicating the first battery management unit to control the corresponding battery replacement unit to perform high-voltage power-on.
