The invention discloses an underwater high-adaptability wall-climbing scanning detection robot which comprises a movement mechanism, a scanning mechanism arranged on the movement mechanism and an electronic bin electrically connected with an upper computer. The movement mechanism comprises wheels which are adsorbed on the surface of the underwater magnetic conductive component through permanent magnets and electromagnets, and a driving unit which drives the wheels to move on the surface of the underwater magnetic conductive component and can send real-time position information; the scanning mechanism comprises an ultrasonic probe assembly for detecting the underwater magnetic conductive component, a pressing follow-up unit for tightly attaching the ultrasonic probe assembly to the surface of the underwater magnetic conductive component, and an adjusting unit for assembling and adjusting the transverse distance of the pressing follow-up unit; the electronic bin is electrically connected with the driving unit, the ultrasonic probe assembly and the blending unit. The problems that an existing underwater robot is high in control requirement and poor in stability, and high-reliability and high-efficiency detection of underwater large components is difficult to achieve are solved.

    本发明公开了一种水下高适应性爬壁扫查检测机器人,其包括:运动机构、设置在运动机构上的扫查机构运动机构以及与上位机电性连接的电子仓,运动机构包括通过永磁铁和电磁铁吸附于水下导磁构件表面的车轮以及驱动车轮在水下导磁构件表面运动且能够发送实时位置信息的驱动单元;扫查机构包括对水下导磁构件进行检测的超声探头组件、将超声探头组件紧密贴合在水下导磁构件表面的压紧随动单元以及装配并调节压紧随动单元横向距离的调配单元;电子仓与驱动单元、超声探头组件以及调配单元均电性连接。本发明解决了现有水下机器人的控制要求较高,稳定性较差,难以实现水下大型构件的高可靠高效率检测的问题。
