The invention discloses rotary flaw detection mechanical equipment for a walking pipeline. The flaw detection mechanical equipment comprises an enclasping walking mechanism surrounding the outer wall of a pipeline, a rotation driving mechanism arranged on the enclasping walking mechanism and rotating along the circumference of the pipeline, a supporting arm arranged on the rotation driving mechanism and extending along the axis of the pipeline, and detection probes arranged on the two sides of the top end of the supporting arm and surrounding the periphery of the pipeline. The bottom end of the supporting arm is fixed on the rotary driving mechanism, an arc-shaped movable lifting arm surrounding the periphery of the pipeline is arranged at the top end of the supporting arm, and one or more detection probes are respectively arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped movable lifting arm. The device can drive the detection probe to freely bypass the outer surface of the outer wall of the pipeline, and can walk to the next position for continuous flaw detection after flaw detection of the current position is completed, so that dangerous defects on the to-be-detected pipeline can be effectively detected, and the flaw detection efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种行走管道回转探伤机械设备,所述探伤机械设备包括环抱于管道外壁上的抱紧行走机构、设置在抱紧行走机构上且沿管道圆周回转的回转驱动机构、设置在回转驱动机构上且沿管道轴线延伸的支撑臂以及设置在支撑臂顶端两侧且环绕于管道外围的检测探头,所述支撑臂的底端固定于回转驱动机构上,在所述支撑臂的顶端设置有环绕于管道外围的弧形活动抬举臂,在弧形活动抬举臂的两端分别设置一个或多个检测探头。本发明能带动检测探头在管道外壁外表面自由绕行,对当前位置探伤完毕后,可行走到下一位置进行继续探伤,从而可以实现对待测管道上危险性缺陷进行有效检测,提高了探伤效率。
