本发明提供了一种用于轨底角探伤的旋转式探伤支架,包括挂架、设置于挂架上的固定架,所述挂架能够与探伤车固定连接,所述固定架处于钢轨上方,固定架两侧分别通过连接杆固定有一个探轮,所述连接杆能够在固定架上旋转调整探轮的位置。本发明的优点在于:通过挂架与探伤车连接方便整个探伤支架的固定和移动,在固定架两侧通过连接杆固定探轮,并且连接杆能够转动,方便在工作时将探轮转动压在轨底角上,在探伤完成后,通过转动连接杆将探轮离开轨底角,从而能够直接跟随探伤车沿轨道行走到下个焊缝位置,能够快速的在不同的探伤位置间移动,不需要人工搬运,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。
