The invention provides an on-orbit replaceable flexible solar cell array. The on-orbit replaceable flexible solar cell array comprises a body main structure, an on-orbit rapid disassembly and assembly mechanical device, an on-orbit rapid disassembly and assembly electric connection device, an auxiliary pressing interface assembly, an adapter capture interface assembly and a maintenance handrail. The on-orbit rapid disassembly and assembly mechanical device is connected with the body main structure to realize mechanical on-orbit connection and fixation of the flexible solar cell array, the on-orbit rapid disassembly and assembly electric connection device is connected with the body main structure to realize on-orbit electric connection of the flexible solar cell array, and the auxiliary pressing interface assembly is connected with the body main structure to realize on-orbit electric connection of the flexible solar cell array. The flexible solar cell array is compressed into a whole in orbit, the adapter capture interface assembly is connected with the body main structure, the flexible solar cell array is connected with the mechanical arm, the maintenance handrail is connected with the body main structure, and the flexible solar cell array can be held by an astronaut to operate. The device is simple and reliable in structure, and on-orbit replacement can be achieved under the assistance of astronauts and mechanical arms.

    本发明提供一种在轨可更换的柔性太阳电池阵,包括本体主结构、在轨快速拆装机械装置、在轨快速拆装电连接装置、辅助压紧接口组件、适配器捕获接口组件、维修扶手;在轨快速拆装机械装置与本体主结构连接,实现柔性太阳电池阵的机械在轨连接固定,在轨快速拆装电连接装置与本体主结构连接,实现柔性太阳电池阵的在轨电连接,辅助压紧接口组件与本体主结构连接,实现柔性太阳电池阵在轨压紧为一个整体,适配器捕获接口组件与本体主结构连接,实现柔性太阳电池阵与机械臂连接,维修扶手与本体主结构连接,实现柔性太阳电池阵可由航天员手握操作;本专利结构简单、可靠,能够在航天员及机械臂的辅助下实现在轨更换。
