The invention relates to the technical field of spacecraft unfolding devices, in particular to a non-intervention type on-orbit flexible solar cell array unfolding device which comprises a box body, asatellite, a satellite base, a pressing device, an upper cover plate, a reaction cabin, a supporting piece and a solar cell panel. According to the reaction cabin for generating the gas, under the gravity condition, the chemical medicine cannot react under the blocking of the partition plate, under the weightless condition or in the launching process, the chemical medicine can cross the partitionplate to generate the gas in one part of the reaction chamber and is exhausted through one part of the gas outlet, and the exhausted gas serves as a power source to unfold the solar cell array; in the prior art, gunpowder needs to be detonated through a remote control igniter when gas is generated, satellites are prone to damage due to violent reaction, however, gas is generated through chemicalreaction, the reaction is softer, the satellites are not prone to damage, and therefore compared with the prior art, the stability is higher, and harm to the satellites is lower.

    本发明涉及航天器展开装置技术领域,具体涉及一种非干预式在轨柔性太阳电池阵展开装置,包括箱体、卫星、卫星底座、压紧装置、上盖板、反应舱、支撑件、太阳能电池板;本发明产生气体的反应舱,在重力条件下,此化学药品在隔板的阻挡下无法反应,在失重条件下或发射过程中,化学药品可越过隔板在反应间一部生成气体并通过出气口一部排出,排出的气体作为动力源展开太阳能电池阵;现有技术在生成气体时需要进行利用遥控点火器引爆火药,反应激烈容易损伤卫星,而本发明采用化学反应生成气体,反应更加柔和,不易损伤卫星,故本发明相比与现有技术稳定性更高,对卫星危害性更低。
