The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace product design, in particular to a super-dexterous on-orbit replaceable module mechanical interface. Comprising a shell, a transmission device and four-connecting-rod capturing mechanisms, the transmission device is arranged at the bottom of the shell, and the four-connecting-rod capturing mechanisms are evenly distributed on the upper portion of the shell in the circumferential direction; the four-connecting-rod capturing mechanism comprises a four-connecting-rod assembly and a holding claw, the four-connecting-rod assembly is installed in the shell, the lower end of the four-connecting-rod assembly is connected with the transmission device, the holding claw is arranged on the outer side of the shell and connected with the four-connecting-rod assembly, and the transmission device drives the holding claw through the four-connecting-rod assembly to achieve capturing and locking functions. The device is compact in structure, super flexible and high in butt joint fault tolerance, and mechanical interface generalization is achieved.

    本发明涉及航天产品设计技术领域,特别涉及一种超灵巧在轨可更换模块机械接口。包括外壳、传动装置及四连杆捕获机构,其中传动装置设置于外壳的底部,外壳的上部沿周向均布多个四连杆捕获机构;四连杆捕获机构包括四连杆组件和抱爪,四连杆组件安装于外壳的内部,且下端与传动装置连接,抱爪设置于外壳的外侧,且与四连杆组件连接,传动装置通过四连杆组件驱动抱爪实现捕获及锁紧功能。本发明结构紧凑、超灵巧、对接容错性高,实现机械接口通用化。
