The invention relates to a space optical load on-orbit replaceable interface mechanism which comprises a first interface mechanism, a second interface mechanism and a third interface mechanism, and the first interface mechanism, the second interface mechanism and the third interface mechanism form a plane parallel to the dismounting direction of an optical load. The first interface mechanism and the second interface mechanism are located on the two sides of the space optical load respectively, and the third interface mechanism is located on the front end face in the optical load drawing direction. According to the structure, a novel positioning-locking integrated ORU interface device is designed by taking a space optical load on-orbit replacement task requirement as a background and aiming at enhancing the imaging stability of a space telescope and prolonging the service life of a spacecraft. The butt joint interface not only has the functions of positioning, locking or unlocking, but also has the functions of on-orbit thermal stress release and on-orbit quick disassembly, assembly and adjustment, and has good vibration resistance and stability.

    本发明涉及一种空间光学载荷在轨可更换接口机构,包括第一接口机构、第二接口机构、第三接口机构,第一接口机构、第二接口机构、第三接口机构组成平面与光学载荷的拆装方向平行,第一接口机构、第二接口机构分别位于空间光学载荷两侧,第三接口机构在光学载荷抽拉方向的前端面。本结构以空间光学载荷在轨更换任务需求为背景,以增强空间望远镜成像稳定性和延长航天器使用寿命为目标,设计一种定位‑锁紧一体式的新型ORU接口装置。该对接接口不仅具备定位、锁紧或解锁功能,还具有在轨实现热应力释放、在轨快速拆卸和装调,并且具有良好的抗振性和稳定性。
