The invention discloses a torque distribution control method for optimizing energy consumption of a three-motor four-wheel-drive electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of torque distribution control of electric vehicles. The invention aims to obtain a prediction model of an MPC controller by using a dynamic model of a tire longitudinal slip rate and a wheel driving torque, design a plurality of cost functions and an adjusting weight to distribute a total driving torque to three driving motors, design driving torque constraints of a front axle motor and two rear axle driving motors, and improve the stability of the driving torque of the front axle motor and the two rear axle driving motors. Driving safety is guaranteed; and finally, a performance evaluation index function is designed. In order to realize better stability and economy coordination control, a cost function is designed to enable each power source to generate reasonable yawing moment in a torque distribution process so as to ensure the stability and enable a front axle motor and two rear wheel hub motors to work in a high-efficiency area as much as possible; and on the premise of not influencing the control stability, the aim of saving energy of the vehicle is fulfilled to the greatest extent.

    一种实现三电机四驱电动汽车能耗优化的扭矩分配控制方法,属于电动汽车扭矩分配控制技术领域。本发明的目的是利用轮胎纵向滑移率与车轮驱动扭矩的动力学模型,得到本发明中MPC控制器的预测模型,设计多个代价函数以及调节权重将总驱动扭矩分配给三个驱动电机,设计了前轴电机和两个后轴驱动电机的驱动扭矩约束,保障行驶安全性,最后设计性能评价指标函数的实现三电机四驱电动汽车能耗优化的扭矩分配控制方法。本发明为了实现更好地稳定性和经济性协调控制,设计代价函数使各动力源在扭矩分配的过程中产生合理的横摆力矩以确保稳定性的同时使前轴电机以及两个后轮轮毂电机都尽可能在高效率区工作,在不影响操纵稳定性的前提下最大程度地实现了车辆节能目标。
