The invention relates to a dual-motor four-wheel-drive electric vehicle torque distribution method considering tire slippage, and belongs to the field of new energy vehicle chassis intelligent control. The method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing vehicle dynamics and various component models, including a vehicle dynamics model, a battery model, a motor model, a tire model and an electric drive system loss model; S2, analyzing dynamic constraint changes of front and rear axle load transfer, and obtaining an active anti-skid control strategy in combination with attachment conditions of whole vehicle driving; S3, comprehensively considering electric driving system loss caused by frequent switching of working modes due to change of working conditions, and obtaining an optimal efficiency curved surface of the whole vehicle driving system; and S4, constructing a multi-target dual-motor four-wheel drive torque distribution control strategy with optimal vehicle efficiency in consideration of front and rear axle load transfer and attachment characteristic dynamic change. On the premise of guaranteeing the safety and stability of the vehicle, the energy consumption and the mode switching frequency are remarkably reduced, the economical efficiency of the vehicle is improved, and the comfort of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种考虑轮胎滑移的双电机四驱电动汽车转矩分配方法,属于新能源汽车底盘智能控制领域。该方法包括:S1:搭建整车动力学及各部件模型,包括车辆动力学模型、电池模型、电机模型、轮胎模型和电驱动系统损耗模型;S2:分析前后轴荷转移的动态约束变化,结合整车行驶的附着条件,得出主动防滑控制策略;S3:综合考虑由于工况的变化导致的工作模式频繁切换而带来的电驱动系统损耗,得到整车驱动系统最优效率曲面;S4:构建考虑前后轴荷转移和附着特性动态变化的整车效率最优的多目标双电机四驱转矩分配控制策略。本发明在保障车辆安全稳定性的前提下,显著降低能耗和模式切换频率,改善了车辆的经济性,提高了整车的舒适性。
