The invention discloses a pure electric four-wheel drive torque distribution control method, which belongs to the technical field of pure electric vehicle control. The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining the efficiency map of front and rear motors under three different voltages of high, medium and low through a motor bench test, and testing the corresponding motor efficiency under different rotating speeds and torques under different voltages; meanwhile, testing the zero-torque loss power under different voltages and different rotating speeds; S2, obtaining relatedparameters of the vehicle through the test in the S1; and S3, according to the vehicle speed and the required torque, carrying out economic distribution calculation through the motor efficiency map under different voltages to obtain economic distribution coefficients under different voltages; when the optimal torque distribution is calculated, taking the economic distribution coefficients obtained in the S3 under different voltages as a final torque distribution strategy A; and if the deviation is within an acceptable range, adopting the distribution coefficient in the close required torque and vehicle speed interval as a final torque distribution strategy B.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动四驱扭矩分配控制方法,属于纯电动车辆整车控制技术领域,具体包括如下步骤:S1.通过电机台架试验得到高、中、低三种不同电压下前后电机的效率map,在不同电压下,测试不同转速和扭矩下对应的电机效率;同时,对不同电压不同转速下的零扭矩损失功率进行测试;S2.通过步骤S1的测试得到车辆的相关参数;S3.根据车速和需求扭矩,利用不同电压下的电机效率map分别进行经济性分配计算,得到不同电压下的经济性分配系数;在计算最优扭矩分配时,将步骤S3得到不同电压下的经济性分配系数作为最终的扭矩分配策略A;如果偏差在可接受的范围内,采用与相临需求扭矩、车速区间内的分配系数作为最终的扭矩分配策略B。
