The invention relates to an electric outboard engine cooling system and a cooling method thereof.The electric outboard engine cooling system comprises a closed-loop cooling liquid system and a closed-loop cooling liquid system, the closed-loop cooling liquid system comprises an inverter, a motor, a cooling liquid storage tank, a heat exchanger and a cooling liquid pump of an electric outboard engine, and the inverter and the motor are parallel and connected with the cooling liquid storage tank and the heat exchanger through the cooling liquid pump; the inverter is connected with the cooling liquid outlet end of the motor and the heat exchanger; and the open-loop cooling water system comprises a water pump connected with the heat exchanger, and one end of the water pump is connected with external water flow. Cooling of the motor and the inverter is achieved through the closed-loop cooling liquid cooling system and the open-loop cooling water cooling system, and therefore the cooling function of the electric outboard engine is achieved. The open-loop cooling water path in the cooling system directly pumps water from the river, and the cooled water is directly discharged into the river, so that the cooling efficiency of the heat exchanger is improved, and the energy is reduced.
本发明涉及一种电动舷外机冷却系统及其冷却方法,包括:闭环式冷却液系统:包括电动舷外机的逆变器、电机、冷却液储液罐、热交换器及冷却液泵,所述逆变器与电机并列,所述逆变器与电机通过冷却液泵与冷却液储液罐及热交换器连接;所述逆变器与电机冷却液出口端与热交换器连接;开环式冷却水系统:包括与热交换器连接的水泵,所述水泵的一端与外部水流连接。本发明通过闭环式冷却液冷却系统和开环式冷却水冷却系统实现了对电机和逆变器的冷却,从而实现了对电动舷外发动机冷却功能。冷却体统中的开环冷却水路采用直接从河中抽水,且冷却后的水直接排到河中,提高了热交换机的冷却效率,并降低了能源。
