The invention discloses an internal circulation cooling system of an electric outboard motor. The internal circulation cooling system comprises a main body, a frequency converter, a motor, a water pump, a storage box and a gearbox, the gear box is arranged at the lower part of the storage box; one end of the storage box is connected with the main body and the other end is connected with the gearbox; the frequency converter, the motor and the water pump are arranged in the main body; cooling liquid is stored in the storage box. A copper pipe is arranged in the gear box; the water pump pumps the cooling liquid in the storage box, and the cooling liquid flows through the water pump, the motor and the frequency converter to be cooled; then the cooling liquid flows into a copper pipe soaked in water in the gear box, so that the cooling liquid is cooled; and finally, the cooling liquid flows back to the storage box for repeated circulation. The water pump, the motor and the frequency converter are cooled; when the cooling system works, the cooling liquid in the storage box is pumped for cooling, the cooling liquid is recycled, the cooling system cannot be blocked, the water flow blocking phenomenon cannot occur, regular cleaning of the outboard motor is not needed, and the water pump, the motor and the frequency converter cannot be damaged due to expansion caused by freezing.
