The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber products, in particular to an anti-chipping low-rolling-resistance tread rubber composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The embodiment of the invention discloses an anti-chipping low-rolling-resistance tread rubber composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of natural rubber, 30-100 parts of modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 0-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 1-4 parts of carbocyclic functional resin, 40-65 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-13 parts of a silane coupling agent and 0-10 parts of a softening agent, according to the scheme, the modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and the carbocyclic functional resin are selected, the proportion of all the components is adjusted, the comprehensive performance of low rolling resistance and chipping resistance of the chipping-resistant low-rolling-resistance tread rubber composition is achieved, when the composition is applied to a tire, the tire keeps ultralow rolling resistance, wear resistance and braking performance, and meanwhile the chipping resistance of the tire is remarkably improved.
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶制品领域技术领域,特别涉及一种抗掉块低滚阻胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明实施例公开了一种抗掉块低滚阻胎面橡胶组合物,以重量份数计,制备原料包括:天然橡胶30~70份,改性溶聚丁苯橡胶30~100份,顺丁橡胶0~30份,碳环功能性树脂1~4份,二氧化硅40~65份,硅烷偶联剂5~13份,软化剂0~10份;本方案选用改性溶聚丁苯橡胶和碳环功能性树脂,并调节各组分比例,实现了抗掉块低滚阻胎面橡胶组合物的低滚阻抗掉块的综合性能,应用于轮胎中使得轮胎在保持超低滚阻、耐磨和制动性能,同时显著提升了轮胎的抗掉块性能。
