The invention discloses an automatic lifter based on machine vision and a using method, and relates to the technical field of lifting of constructional engineering.The automatic lifter comprises an outer frame, a lifting device, a single-chip microcomputer, a visual camera, a light source and a plane plate, and the lifting device is fixedly connected to the outer frame; the output end of the lifting device is fixedly connected with the surface plate, the light source is fixed to the top end of the outer frame so that light beams can irradiate the center of the surface plate, the visual camera is fixed to the top end of the outer frame and used for detecting the imaging area of the light source, and the lifting device is electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer. The visual camera is electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer. A lifting device and machine vision are combined, a traditional lifting device method is abandoned, the size and position of a light spot are observed through a visual camera, the lifting position of the surface plate is automatically adjusted through image processing, and the device is higher in response speed, simple in structure and high in automation degree.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的自动升降机及使用方法,涉及建筑工程的升降技术领域,包括:外部框架、升降装置、单片机、视觉摄像头、光源以及平面板,所述升降装置固定连接于所述外部框架上,所述升降装置的输出端固定连接所述平面板,所述光源固定于所述外部框架顶端,使光束照到所述平面板正中心的位置,所述视觉摄像头固定于所述外部框架顶端,用于检测光源成像面积,所述升降装置电连接所述单片机,所述视觉摄像头电连接所述单片机。本发明将升降装置与机器视觉相结合,摒弃了传统的升降装置的方法,通过视觉摄像头观察光点的大小位置,经过图像处理来自动调节平面板升降位置,装置响应速度更快,结构简单,自动化程度高。
