The invention relates to the field of elevator auxiliary protection, in particular to an elevator safety protection device based on machine vision. Comprising guide rails which are symmetrically arranged, the symmetrical guide rails are fixedly connected to the two sides of an elevator shaft respectively, a car is arranged between the guide rails, symmetrical first fixing plates are fixedly connected to the two sides, close to the guide rails, of a car frame body, the lower portions of the first fixing plates are located on a car bottom framework, and symmetrical braking mechanisms are arranged on the sides, close to the guide rails, of the bottoms of the first fixing plates. A visual detection anti-falling mechanism is fixedly connected to the top of the lift car. The extrusion force between every two adjacent braking mechanisms and the adjacent guide rails is gradually increased, so that falling braking of the lift car is the braking acceleration increasing process, the situation that passengers are hurt due to sudden stop of the lift car is avoided, and when the situation that the traction rope is bent and broken is detected by the visual detection anti-falling mechanism, the traction rope is clamped emergently, the lift car stops moving, and the safety of the lift car is guaranteed. Dangerous phenomena such as falling and top rushing of the lift car are avoided, and the safety guarantee of passengers in the running process of the lift car is improved.

    本发明涉及电梯辅助保护领域,具体涉及一种基于机器视觉的电梯安全保护装置。包括有对称设置的导轨,对称的导轨分别固接于电梯井两侧,导轨之间设置有轿厢,轿厢架体靠近导轨的两侧固接有对称的第一固定板,第一固定板下部位于轿厢底部骨架,第一固定板底部靠近导轨的一侧设置有对称的制动机构,轿厢顶部固接有视觉检测防坠机构。通过相邻两组制动机构队相邻导轨之间的挤压力逐渐增大,使得轿厢的下坠制动为刹停加速度递增的过程,避免轿厢急停对乘客造成伤害,视觉检测防坠机构检测到牵引绳发生弯曲断裂等情况时,对牵引绳进行紧急夹紧,使轿厢停止移动,避免轿厢出现下坠冲顶等危险现象,增加了轿厢在运行过程中乘客的安全保障。
