The elevator brake reliability detection method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a brake arm angle image after a brake shoe of a brake is replaced and a brake arm angle image when the brake shoe fails by using photographing equipment; s2, the image is imported into a Vision Assistance (Vision Assistance); s3, determining the angle of a brake arm after the brake shoe is replaced and the angle of the brake arm when the brake shoe fails; s4, acquiring images of the brake arm of the monitored elevator brake at set time intervals by utilizing photographing equipment, and importing the images into Vision assistants in real time; and S5, comparing whether the real-time imported rotation angle of the brake arm is between the angle of the brake arm after the brake shoe is replaced and the angle of the brake arm when the brake shoe fails, if so, continuing monitoring and outputting a result, and if not, outputting an alarm signal to remind to replace the brake shoe. According to the elevator brake reliability detection method based on machine vision, compared with traditional manual detection, the state of the brake arm can be monitored regularly, then whether the brake shoe fails or not is determined, and the reliability is higher.
本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的电梯制动器可靠性检测方法,包括以下步骤:S1、利用拍照设备采集制动器的更换闸瓦后制动臂角度和闸瓦失效时制动臂角度图像;S2、将上述图像导入Vision assistant;S3、确定更换闸瓦后制动臂角度和闸瓦失效时制动臂角度;S4、利用拍照设备间隔设定时间采集被监测电梯制动器制动臂图像并实时导入Vision assistant;S5、对比实时导入制动臂转动角度是否位于更换闸瓦后制动臂角度和闸瓦失效时制动臂角度之间,若是则继续监测并输出结果,若不是输出报警信号,提醒更换闸瓦。本发明采用上述基于机器视觉的电梯制动器可靠性检测方法,相较于传统的人工检测,可定时监测制动臂状态,进而确定闸瓦是否失效,可靠度更高。
