The invention relates to a heat pipe dredging coupling active sweating cooling self-adaptive heat-proof structure which is characterized in that an active cooling sweating porous structure is mechanically connected with a heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure, and a working medium storage structure unit is embedded into a cavity of the heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure; under the pneumatic heating condition, the heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure evenly transports pneumatic heating heat of the outer wall face to the inner wall face, the working medium storage structure unit transfers heat of the inner wall face of the heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure to the interior through a high-heat-conduction medium, and evaporation phase change of a liquid working medium stored in the interior is promoted; the working medium gas is injected to the boundary layer of the heat-proof structure through the active cooling and sweating porous structure; when the pneumatic heating effect is weakened, heat transmitted by the heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure is not enough to trigger phase change of the stored liquid working medium, and the gas ejection effect of the working medium in the active cooling and sweating porous structure is stopped; through the circulating action, self-adaptive heat protection of stagnation point porous sweating and heat conduction of the heat pipe type conduction heat protection structure is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种热管疏导耦合主动发汗冷却自适应防热结构,其中:主动冷却发汗多孔结构和热管式疏导防热结构机械连接,热管式疏导防热结构腔体内部嵌入工质贮存结构单元;在气动加热条件下,热管式疏导防热结构将外壁面气动加热热量均匀输运至内壁面,工质贮存结构单元将热管式疏导防热结构内壁面的热量经由高导热介质传递至内部,促进内部贮存的液态工质发生蒸发相变,工质气体经由主动冷却发汗多孔结构引射至防热结构的边界层;当气动加热作用加热减弱时,热管式疏导防热结构传输热量不足以触发贮存液态工质相变,主动冷却发汗多孔结构内工质气体引射作用停止;如此循环作用,实现驻点多孔发汗和热管式疏导防热结构热量疏导的自适应防热。
