The heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure comprises a metal shell, a fluid conveying channel and a capillary core structure. The capillary core structure is arranged on the inner surface of the metal shell, and a closed steam flowing cavity is defined by the inner side of the capillary core structure. A fluid transport channel is formed in the metal shell and is connected with the capillary core structure; and the composite material structure layer formed by the ceramic powder/resin/metal dot matrix is prepared by taking the metal dot matrix porous layer and the ceramic powder as reinforcing materials and taking resin as a base material, and is used as a protective layer of the heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure. The composite material structure layer formed by the ceramic powder/resin/metal dot matrix is compounded with the heat pipe type dredging heat-proof structure, so that the heat pipe type high-temperature dredging heat-proof structure can be used in an aerobic environment of 1650 DEG C for a long time.
本发明提供了一种烧蚀原位抗氧化复合热管式疏导热防护结构及制造方法,包括热管式疏导防热结构及其表面支撑的陶瓷粉体/树脂/金属点阵构成的复合材料结构层;热管式疏导防热结构包括金属壳体、流体输运槽道和毛细芯结构;毛细芯结构设置于金属壳体的内表面,内侧围成封闭的蒸汽流动腔体;金属壳体内部开设有流体输运槽道,流体输运槽道与毛细芯结构相连接;陶瓷粉体/树脂/金属点阵构成的复合材料结构层以金属点阵多孔层及陶瓷粉体作为增强材料,以树脂作为基体材料制得,作为热管式疏导防热结构的防护层。通过陶瓷粉体/树脂/金属点阵构成的复合材料结构层与热管式疏导防热结构的复合,使热管式高温疏导防热结构可长期在1650℃有氧环境下使用。
