The six-degree-of-freedom operation arm is installed on the climbing robot body, and the high-precision three-dimensional scanning module is installed at the tail end of the six Wherein the climbing robot body is composed of an upper-layer structure module, a lower-layer structure module, a left supporting structure module and a right supporting structure module, and equipment surrounds a wind power tower pole through winding mechanisms in the upper-layer structure module and the lower-layer structure module, so that climbing of the tower pole is achieved. The high-precision three-dimensional scanning module is matched with the action of the wind power blade, appearance detection of the wind power blade can be achieved, the climbing robot can replace workers to complete dangerous work, large-range and high-precision detection of the wind power blade is met, and meanwhile the climbing robot has the advantages of being continuous in detection process, easy to operate and the like.

    本发明公开了一种用于风力发电机叶片运维的爬升机器人及检测方法,涉及风力发电设备检测与维护技术领域。该爬升机器人包括爬升机器人本体、六自由度操作手臂和高精度三维扫描模块;六自由度操作手臂安装在爬升机器人本体上,末端安装高精度三维扫描模块。其中爬升机器人本体由上层结构模块、下层结构模块、左支撑结构模块、右支撑结构模块组成的,通过上层结构模块、下层结构模块中的卷绕机构使得设备环抱风电塔杆,从而实现塔杆爬升。高精度三维扫描模块配合风电叶片的动作,可以实现对风电叶片的外观检测,本发明的爬升机器人能够代替工作人员完成危险的工作,满足大范围,高精度风电叶片的检测,同时具有检测过程连续,操作简单等优点。
