When the control handle is shifted from an electric driving gear to a neutral gear, the pull wire I and the pull wire II are tightened at the same time, the pull wire I and the rotary box limiting mechanism lose efficacy, the rotary box and the control handle can rotate relative to the traction rod, and the traction ring blocked by the control handle is exposed; meanwhile, the stay wire II enables the speed reducer switching mechanism to act, so that transmission connection between the speed reducer and the motor is automatically disconnected. The problems that when an energy storage power supply vehicle without self-driving and traction driving interlocking is used, dragging is difficult, and a motor is prone to being damaged are solved.

    本发明属于自行驶与牵引行驶互锁领域,涉及一种用于飞机地面储能电源车的自行驶与牵引行驶互锁结构,档位盒内部设有空挡和电动行驶档两个档位,档位手柄伸入档位盒内部的一端分别固定连接有拉线Ⅰ和拉线Ⅱ,拉线Ⅰ远离档位盒的一端固定连接旋转盒限位机构,拉线Ⅱ远离档位盒的一端固定连接减速器开关机构。当操纵手柄从电动行驶档挂至空档时,拉线Ⅰ和拉线Ⅱ同时收紧,拉线Ⅰ旋转盒限位机构失效、使旋转盒与操纵手柄可以相对牵引杆转动,露出操纵手柄挡住的牵引环;同时拉线Ⅱ使减速器开关机构动作,使减速器与电机的传动连接自动断开。本发明解决了没有自行驶与牵引行驶互锁的储能电源车在使用时,拖拽困难和容易造成电机损坏的问题。
