The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting machinery, in particular to a traction driving structure of a crane trolley. The traction driving structure comprises a cart and a trolley, a traction machine and a fixed pulley are arranged on end beams on the two sides of the cart correspondingly, traction belt fixing anchors are arranged on the lower portions of the end beams on the two sides of the cart correspondingly, and a first movable pulley and a second movable pulley are arranged on the two sides of the trolley correspondingly. The traction driving structure further comprises a traction belt, the two ends of the traction belt are connected with the traction belt fixing anchors correspondingly, the traction belt sequentially penetrates through the first movable pulley, the traction machine, the fixed pulley and the second movable pulley, power of the traction machine is transmitted to the trolley through the traction belt, the first movable pulley and the second movable pulley, and the trolley moves on the cart under traction force of the traction belt. The driving structure of the crane trolley is simplified, the multiple problems that a traditional crane trolley is complex in structure and large in weight, suffers from shaft breaking and tooth breaking, shell fracturing and oil leaking, is large in noise and the like are solved, the transmission efficiency and reliability of a driving system are improved, and meanwhile the production process difficulty and the manufacturing cost are reduced.

    本发明涉及起重机械技术领域,具体是一种起重机小车的曳引驱动结构。包括大车和小车,大车两侧的端梁上分别设有曳引机和定滑轮,大车两侧端梁的下部分别设有曳引带固定锚,小车的两侧上分别设有第一动滑轮和第二动滑轮,还包括曳引带,曳引带的两个端部分别与曳引带固定锚相连接,并且曳引带依次穿过第一动滑轮、曳引机、定滑轮、第二动滑轮,曳引机动力通过曳引带、第一动滑轮和第二动滑轮传递至小车,小车在曳引带的牵引力下在大车上移动。本发明简化了起重机小车驱动结构,解决了传统起重机小车结构复杂、重量大、断轴断齿、壳体破裂、漏油、噪声大等诸多问题,提高了驱动系统的传动效率及可靠性,同时降低了生产工艺难度和制造成本。
