A manufacturing method of a frameless anti-dazzling rearview mirror shielding layer comprises the following steps that upper glass and lower glass are taken; the upper piece of glass and the lower piece of glass are bonded and fixed through sealing glue, the transparent conductive film and the reflecting layer are oppositely arranged, a cavity is reserved between the upper piece of glass and the lower piece of glass, and conductive glue is arranged on the outer side of a sealing ring defined by the sealing glue; after the sealant and the conductive adhesive are both baked and cured, the cavity of the glass shell is filled with electrochromic liquid; after filling is completed, the cavity is closed, and baking is conducted again; and an ink layer capable of shielding the conductive adhesive and the sealant is arranged on the top surface of the upper piece of glass corresponding to the smearing positions of the conductive adhesive and the sealant. The method has the advantages that the operation of plating metal chromium in the prior art is omitted, the rearview mirror manufacturing process is simplified, the shapes and positions of the sealant and the conductive adhesive can be directly observed through the glass during the sealant and conductive adhesive arrangement period, the operation becomes simpler, and the yield also becomes higher.

    一种无边框防眩目后视镜遮挡层的制作方法,包括以下步骤,取上片玻璃和下片玻璃;将上片玻璃和下片玻璃通过密封胶粘接固定,使透明导电膜和反射层相对设置,在上片玻璃和下片玻璃之间留有空腔,并在密封胶围成的密封环外侧设置导电胶;待密封胶和导电胶均烘烤固化后,向玻璃壳体的空腔中填充电致变色液体;填充完成后,封闭空腔,并再次烘烤;在与导电胶和密封胶涂抹位置对应的上片玻璃的顶面上设置一层能遮挡导电胶和密封胶的油墨层。本发明的优点在于:省略了现有技术中镀金属铬的操作,简化了后视镜制作流程,设置密封胶和导电胶期间,能直接透过玻璃观察到密封胶和导电胶的形状和位置,操作变得更为简单,成品率也变得更高。
