The invention discloses a shielding layer conductive film for an anti-dazzling rearview mirror and a manufacturing method thereof. The shielding layer conductive film comprises a shielding film layerthat is arranged on the periphery of the back surface of a glass sheet and can shield sealant. The shielding layer conductive film is characterized in that the shielding film layer is formed by arranging a colorless transparent conductive film layer and a reflecting layer capable of reflecting light penetrating through the conductive film layer from inside to outside; the conductive film layer andthe reflecting layer are connected to form a shielding film integral structure with the reflectivity of 40-45%, the inner surface of the shielding film integral structure is connected with the glasssheet in an attached mode, and the outer surface of the shielding film integral structure is connected with a sealant in an attached mode. The shielding layer conductive film has the advantages that the shielding film layer is formed by arranging the colorless transparent conductive film layer and the reflecting layer capable of reflecting light penetrating through the conductive film layer from inside to outside; the conductive film layer is colorless and transparent, so that after the conducting film layer is plated with an emitting layer and light irradiates the mirror surface of the rearview mirror, reflection of different colors cannot be generated on the conductive film, a good rearview mirror surface observation effect is kept, and a user feels comfortable visually.

    一种用于防眩目后视镜的遮挡层导电膜及其制作方法,包括设置于玻璃片背面周边上能遮挡密封胶的遮挡膜层,其特征在于:所述遮挡膜层由无色透明的导电膜层和能反射透过导电膜层光线的反射层从内向外排列而成,所述导电膜层和反射层连接为反射率为40~45%的遮挡膜整体结构,遮挡膜整体结构的内表面与玻璃片相贴合连接,遮挡膜整体结构的外表面与密封胶相贴合连接。本发明的优点在于:遮挡膜层由无色透明的导电膜层和能反射透过导电膜层光线的反射层从内向外排列而成,导电膜层无色透明,因此当在导电膜层上再镀制一层发射层后,光线照射到后视镜镜面上时不会在导电膜产生不同颜色的反射,保持良好的后视镜镜面观察效果,视觉上感觉舒适。
