The invention provides an anti-dazzling rearview mirror lens, an electrochromic element and an anti-dazzling rearview mirror. The lens comprises a first transparent substrate, an electrochromic layer and a second transparent substrate which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode from bottom to top, and the electrochromic layer is sealed through a sealing part; at least the same side of the second transparent substrate and the electrochromic layer is bent towards the back face of the rearview mirror lens to form a bent side, so that a sealing part which is arranged on the bent side and used for sealing the electrochromic layer is hidden on the side face of the rearview mirror lens, and the projection distance of the sealing part on the plane of the second transparent substrate is reduced. Therefore, when the rearview mirror lens is observed from the front side, the width of the non-color-changing area is reduced, the proportion of the anti-dazzle area of the rearview mirror lens is increased, the safety is improved, and the visual experience of a user is improved.
