The invention discloses a road traffic organization scheme optimization method and device based on behavior characteristic demands, and the method comprises the following steps: monitoring the driving state of a motor vehicle in a motor vehicle lane, and obtaining the driving parameter information of the motor vehicle; monitoring the driving state of the non-motor vehicle in the non-motor vehicle lane, and obtaining the waiting position information of the non-motor vehicle at the intersection; calculating a driving information mean value and traffic flow density in a preset time period; constructing an intersection motor vehicle parking demand prediction model; constructing a road condition evaluation model; and outputting a road condition evaluation score, and carrying out road traffic guidance optimization. According to the method, more accurate vehicle condition data and road condition information can be obtained by performing lane-divided real-time monitoring on motor vehicle behaviors in a road, and the analysis and recognition capability of the road condition can be improved by monitoring motor vehicles in different lanes, different time periods and different intervals, so that the method is more practical, and the safety, orderliness and smoothness of a traffic organization are improved.

    本发明公开了基于行为特性需求的道路交通组织方案优化方法及装置,该方法包括以下步骤:监测机动车道机动车行驶状态,获取机动车的行驶参数信息;监测非机动车道内非机动车行驶状态,获取非机动车位于交叉路口的候车位置信息;计算预设时间段内行驶信息均值及车流密度;构建交叉路口机动车驻车需求预测模型;构建道路路况评估模型;输出道路路况评价得分,进行道路交通指挥优化。通过对道路内的机动车行为进行分车道的实时监测,能够保证获取更精确的车况数据与路况信息,通过对不同车道、不同时间段及不同区间的机动车监测,能够扩大道路路况的分析及识别能力,更贴合实际,提高交通组织的安全有序畅通。
